The concept of Sandbacka Park consists of being an incubator, an accelerator and a mentor program. Being an incubator means providing a physical environment where an entrepreneur, innovator or a project worker can develop their ideas in a creative environment at a low cost. To start up and run a business demands a good idea, a drive and knowledge. The drive and idea is the entrepreneur’s job, but the knowledge is where Sandbacka Park provides their expertise.
An accelerator is a way of assisting businesses in transition, either the companies are starting up again after a pause, they are recruiting, entering the international arena, need assistance with product placement or counseling in strategically important issues.
The mentoring program is for entrepreneurs and leaders who want to develop in their roles. The participants receive a conversation partner who functions as a mentor and assists with his or her personal experience and knowledge.
